Brilliant use of Space

Beautiful Home
Publié le 15 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe arrived in the middle of a severe wind event and our hosts welcomed us and booked us in early to keep us safe. This little house is honestly beautiful, comfortable and had everything we could possibly want.
I cant thank the hosts enough for welcoming us to this safe home in a storm.

Publié le 2 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayAnnoyed as been hit with a bill for a dog that we identified at time of booking, all other places we did this there was no additional bill but this one seemed to think it was a surpruise we had a dog even though we booked it in and then wanted $70 for a broken plate and the dog

Guests smoked inside and outside of cottage leaving many cigarette butts, and gas cooking element on.
It is a non smoking premises, as stated in the house rules and on our welcome sign.
We ask guests not to interfere with our ventilation unit this was switched off by
guests.
Guests dropped food on floor, mostly their complementary snacks and left curry and broken dish under chair and curry on floor.
Required additional cleaning.
Guest bought dog without permission and did not pay a pet fee. As stated in house rules guests must get in touch about breed of dog and their safety with livestock and pay fee. When guest booked there was nothing specified they were bringing a dog.
Information about our sensitive septic tank was damaged and had to be replaced.
Our septic pump had to be replaced ,though the damage cannot be allocated to any specific guest.
Additional charges were sought to cover our additional cleaning costs, pet fee and broken plate. Additional costs were not paid.

Lovely little bach

Publié le 28 avr. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe loved our experience at Blackbird Cottage. Sarita had everything looking perfect. Lincoln is a relatively short trip into the heart of Christchurch. At the end of the day we came back to peace and quiet. A great stay for us and our two schnauzers. Fabulous bed, so very comfortable

Wonderfully welcoming!
Publié le 19 avr. 2022 sur HomeAwayOur stay at Willowtree Cottage was amazing! Sarita was so welcoming and we had everything we needed. She made having our 2 dogs with us so easy, nothing was an issue. Beautiful surroundings and wonderful accommodation! I would definitely recommend staying here

Lovely little Eco Cottage

Very comfortable mattress and pillows with very good quality bedding. The only downside for us was that the fencing wasn't secure for a medium sized pokey puppy.
