A true discount Gem in Lincoln Nebraska
Publié le 20 août 2024 sur HotelsI didn't know what to expect from a hotel that was less than 70 dollars a night (I paid either 60 or 66 dollars a night if I recall). I went up the elevator fearing the worst but to my surprise it was immaculate! No smoke smell, very clean and modern. A true Gem in Lincoln NE. They were having Internet issues the day I got there and you could tell the staff was stressed because of this but I received great service from all staff. The only issue I had was I lost Internet on my phone after the first day there. I was told though that I should have called downstairs and asked for help. 10 / 10 would stay there again!

Publié le 7 mai 2024 sur HotelsI realize that this hotel was undergoing some renovations, so there were definitely some cosmetic issues going on. However, the first room I checked into was very dirty and did not have a working refrigerator. The second room was fine, but the chairs were all cheap plastic chairs that were extremely uncomfortable. My biggest complaint was how the hallway on my floor (a non-smoking floor) reeked of marijuana and dog piss.

Cockroach invested

I was awoken to a cleaning staff member attempting to open my door at 9 am. I informed the front desk. I was told the person didnt even start working until after 9 am. I want a full refund to the card I used.
