Set in the tranquil, picturesque countryside of Lincolnshire at stunning Tattershall Lakes Country Park we have pleasure in offering our luxurious 6 berth holiday home.

For an additional fee guests have access to the Merlin Entertainment Complex which has a heated indoor and outdoor swimming pool with a new indoor Splashplay Zone and an outdoor beach, a health spa, fitness suite, free Wi-Fi and a restaurant, an amusement arcade, the Spitfire Bar with regular staged live acts and a dance floor. Upstairs is the Propeller Bar and Restaurant and the fantastic Sky Bar with great views over the lakes.

Tattershall Lakes Country Park is a stunning purpose built holiday park for safe family holidays including your pets.
Situated amongst seven lakes where you can enjoy water skiing, jet skiing, an inflatable Aqua Park, cable wake boarding and fishing.
You can hire a bike and explore the stunning views along the nature paths around the lakes.
There are masses to do for the children - an outdoor Splash play area and a beach, a basketball court and 6-a-side football, outdoor adventure play areas, a mini-golf course, a giant ropes climbing adventure and endless organised activities.
Outdoor bars and BBQs and a cinema under the stars!!
There is a handy convenience store and fully equipped laundrette.
Nearby is Tattershall Castle which is well worth a visit and the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight Visitor Centre at Coningsby where you can have a guided tour of the airplanes which flew in the Second World War.
Only 20 miles away are the seaside resorts of Skegness and Mablethorpe and the beautiful scenery of the Lincolnshire Wolds including the Country Park at Snipe Dales with stunning walks.
Just down the coast from Skegness is the beautiful landscape of Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve which has impressive views and wildlife.

Boiler
The boiler is situated in the full length cupboard near the entrance door. The instructions are on the inside of the door.

Gas Fire
To turn on push knob in and turn anti-clockwise whilst holding in for a couple of seconds til ignition. Then release. Adjust heat setting by pushing knob in and turning anti-clockwise. To turn off push knob in and turn clockwise.

T.V.
To turn on and off use big remote top left red button.

DVD Player
To turn on and off use small remote red button.
To watch films press source on big remote (top right button) then scroll down to HDMI 1 and press OK.
Then press play on small remote.
To return to TV press source on big remote, then scroll up to TV and press OK.

Security
Please make sure that all windows and doors are locked when leaving the holiday home.

Fire Safety
The holiday home is fitted with smoke alarms and carbon monoxide alarms.
There is also a fire extinguisher and fire blanket located in the kitchen.

Mains Water Stopcock
Located outside the holiday home to the right of the entrance door is the stopcock valve.

Weekend Stay
The first thing you notice is that the caravan is located on a huge complex. Thousands of caravans, and despite the instructions it was easy to get lost at first. Once found however, the route was fairly simple. The caravan was spotless and well maintained. The main problem I found was that there was no Wi-Fi unless you wanted to use the unsecured site network. I stayed because of a local event meaning I had a few changes of clothes. It would have been nice to have had an iron and ironing board and a hairdryer. Most places have these things as standard now a days. The main problem for me was the noise, music, cars up and down the road outside as it was very busy. It’s the summer, so expect that, but it wasn’t the relaxing stay I’d hoped for when I was there. Not for me on my own I’m afraid but would poss suit a young family as it seems there is lots to do there.

Booked the caravan for 7 adults, a 2 year old and a small dog for a weekend break. Had a great time and the decking was a nice place to sit out and came in very handy for our little dog and our grandchild. The location of the caravan was lovely and quiet. Will definitely rebook.

Dennis was very useful. The caravan is spacious. The only thing is that the tickets to be able to use the facilities including the restaurant we're £150 on top of the caravan. The problem was that all activities must be booked up to 6 weeks in advance and to book the facilities you need to be a member so in our experience it is nor worthy to pay the £150 to use the facilities as all were booked so we basically wasted £150.

Booking the property was straightforward. The owner, very helpful.
The property was well presented and everything was very clean and tidy. The owner was so helpful with every part of the booking process. He gave me clear directions to the property, how to access and also instructions how to leave the property at the end of our stay. We visited during a very hot spell, and at times found the property too warm. I would suggest maybe providing a fan or two during the summer months as there are only a couple of small windows you can open in the main living area. We would stay here again, although we had to pay £120 for passes we didn’t use. All in all though, a lovely stay was had by all.

We only stayed a couple of nights to finish off the school hols, but everything was spotless and as expected. Directions easy to follow. Denis was available by phone for any questions we had which he answered knowledgeably. Comfy beds and everything we needed. Our only issue wasn’t with where we stayed but of those in the place next door, when I had to ask them to keep it down once it got to 3am as they were still sat out in their hot tub. Overall a great stay!

Although the caravan was very clean and we enjoyed our stay I felt there was a lack of information due to guests being expected to download the app not everyone has the phones to support this and the WiFi was not brilliant. There was a lack of communication about the key code as I had asked this to be texted to my phone and I had no response to my phone call. The light in the shower room was not working.
