Came down with army buddy to a NU football game, Staff were amazing, helpful and friendly on crazy busy day. Exactly what you want.

We stayed here on a game day and our experience was great! Location is easy to get to and convenient. We really appreciated that there is a shuttle running to and from the football stadium, however we would suggest that they leave the hotel a little earlier post-game. Traffic wasn’t that bad, but we still waited close to an hour to be picked up. It also might not hurt to look in to a 2nd van specifically for game days. They fill up quick.
The room was clean* and well decorated.
*The only complaint is that the coffee maker in our room had not been cleaned between guests, but that wasn’t a huge deal. We just got coffee in the lobby instead. (Which was 10/10)
Game weekend brunch in the restaurant was a little pricey, but there were lots of options and the food was good.
We’ll be back!

The stay was very good. Had to wait too long for the shuttle service after the ballgame we attended.
