One night near Lincoln.
Publié le 31 juill. 2024 sur HotelsWe had a lovely one night stay at the Windmill. Greeted by Caitlin on Reception who is very pleasant and helpful.
We were helped by Ash who found us a table for dinner. The carvery was delicious (according to my husband) I had a delicious rib eye steak. The staff were all friendly and checked if everything was ok without being overbearing.
The room was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. Comfy beds too. The shower was the best ive had for ages.
Breakfast this morning was tasty with everything being refrshed regularly. Ash was around working hard this morning too. We would highly recommend this Hotel/pub if you are staying near Lincoln and we will definitely stay again.

What a wonderful stay we had!! Thank you to Katelyn for your amazing and warm customer service from the moment we arrived to the moment we left! Her positive, friendly, kind, and encouraging personality made our family feel so welcome and cared for. And thank you to Felicity in the restaurant for being so kind and friendly to our family, especially our son Jeremiah! He thought you were the nicest lady he’s met! We appreciated getting to see you at breakfast and you made our morning so much happier with your superb hostess abilities!!! Give these ladies a raise, as they are absolutely, positively, running this hotel in the utmost highest of standards!! We will stay here again for sure!!

Excellent staff

Windmill of convenience.

Drinks Food and Staff were all good - the general site all seems a little tired and could do with a facelift.
