En bordure de la IS News Orléans/Dallas. Donc grosse circulation. Pas gênant si on aime le bruit des camions... Info: Dans la zone il y a d'autres hôtels un peu plus éloignés et 100m peuvent suffire à réduire le bruit.

Water temperature in the shower would not stay constant it would go from hot to cold, back and forth., very uncomfortable. Asked twice to have the soap dispenser in the shower refilled, it never was. The bed frame was made of flimsy metal that would make a popping noise when getting in and out of bed.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice. Facilities were just ok. But everything was clean and comfortable.

Bad Service

After making it to our room we notice the room had not been cleaned and that there were no clean towels, bed sheets, blankets, or pillow cases. I called the front desk to have them come put sheets on the bed but no one ever did. We returned that evening from a wedding with hopes our room would be cleaned and it wasn't. I then called the front desk and they told me they would bring me sheets but that I would have to put them on. We got sheets, no pillow cases, and one towel to share. What kind of establishment is this? I will not recommend or stay here again. Disgusting.

Close to i-20 entry and exit access from the motel difficult due being on a busy street but its plenty of food and shopping nearby including some within walking distance. Friendly staff and easy check in. Room was clean, bed was solid. Linens were clean but had a few light surface stains. outdated microwave and tv had options like Amazon prime but wouldn’t work, kept saying check HDMI! The stay was quiet with exception of people standing outside in groups talking and playing music. Visitors with work trucks had them parked making parking limited for other paying guests. Breakfast was a nice touch with options such as waffles omelets cereal juice and hot coffee. I’d stay again if in the area
