En bordure de la IS News Orléans/Dallas. Donc grosse circulation. Pas gênant si on aime le bruit des camions... Info: Dans la zone il y a d'autres hôtels un peu plus éloignés et 100m peuvent suffire à réduire le bruit.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice. Facilities were just ok. But everything was clean and comfortable.

The room above us flooded the bathroom which came down into our bathroom in the bath light/vent. Water pouring down with sparks flying. Called front desk they sent 3 towels did not correct unsafe situation. Asked for another room they did not have one. Told us it was not their problem if we didn't want to stay in a unsafe/fire hazard room. Staff and Manger were not willing to offer any solution. My sister and I had to drive 8 hours home at night. There were no other rooms due to it being the Fall Market in Canton Tx. They also would not refund the full amount for the two days we were going to stay. They only refunded me $91.00 and then the front desk employee tried to say i paid with my credit card but i had actually paid cash and had a receipt. i had to demand with guy at front desk didn't want to give me one. The room was dirty, sheets dirty, dealing drugs in parking lot

Expedia did a mistake in our reservation by sending us an email to say first reservation was canceled but never send to tell the hotel that so we did another reservation and the hotel kept 4 rooms stead of 2 rooms but the lady in the hotel was so nice to cancel the first reservation without charging us anything

Breakfast wasn’t the greatest sausage was undercooked and eggs were rubber and not a lot of room to sit
