Cabin in the woods
Publié le 16 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe checked in after dark and it was so dark on the porch we used our cell lights. However, the check in email did not give the code to access the home. So once I got there I had no code to get in and we luckily had 1 bar of service to call the owners. We called 3 times and finally were told the code to get into the cabin. Pictures of the cabin are accurate. The VCR would not stop making a noise all night and eventually we were able to unplug it. Make certain you get the code from the owner prior to leaving home because cell service was near non existent for us.

Great little place
Publié le 23 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was our second stay at the loft, and it was just as enjoyable the second time. Our dog loved it, too. The bed is comfortable, and having a full kitchen was a definite plus. And the AC was strong enough to keep the place comfortably cool. The host was very responsive to all communications.

Adorable getaway for two
Publié le 22 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayStayed here for the eclipse. The cottage is perfectly sized for 2 people. Amazingly well stocked with games and DVDs. Nicely tucked away in the country if you want to escape the hustle and bustle, but still conveniently located for nearby towns. There are several other cabins and houses very nearby on the property, so just be aware that you're not completely secluded. Loved the little trail through the property. Great place and would love to come back another time with a large group. We didn't need to contact the owners for anything, but I had the sense that if we did need anything, they were just a text away which was very reassuring.
