Polite staff but
Publié le 12 août 2024 sur HotelsThe stay wasn't so bad, the workers were polite and helpful and one remembered my name. On the last day, we paid for the late checkout, but apparently another worker was not notified. She called us and told us that we had missed checkout but we informed her we paid for the extra time. She apologized, but about thirty minutes later, we heard the door rattling and shaking nonstop. It was very loud and disruptive and a bit jarring. I opened the door to find the same lady with a bit of an attitude telling us that checkout was an hour ago. I informed her again that we paid for a later check out, and she was very embarrassed. I told her it was fine, but it was a bit weird that instead of knocking on the door politely, she would just shake the door handle and scare us like that. Kinda felt like we wasted our money on the later checkout.

The property is nice there is no noise because it is surrounded by countyside. There is a walmart near by and restaurant 2 miles away. The hotel is right off I20 so great location for a quick stop when taking trips.
