This was an unbelievable stay. The service was phenomenal. The facility had an inside bar. We were able to get a nightcap. The bartender was great. She served with a smile, even at closing time and last minute order. The facility was immaculate, the breakfast great, the staff so friendly. We will stay here again in the future. Wonder stay!!!

When we arrived they improperly swiped our card for a couple hundred dollars. When I alerted them to it, they changed our payment method to a debit card linked to my Expedia account *without asking me! This started a new cycle of charges to that card while the previous remained as a hold. The card I presented them with on arrival was a travel checking account that was set up to have the exact amount of the hotel stay SPECIFICALLY to navigate the problem of temporary holds. Effectively the hotel tied up about $300 of our cash that was meant for a couple dinners out, which we couldn’t do because we are working people who don’t have extra money to use when this kind of thing happens. And now it’s 8 days later and I still have a hold for $100 on my personal checking that I never authorized the hotel to use. The general manager reached out to me and offered points toward a future stay — are you laughing yet because I am. I’m old enough to remember that if a hotel ruins your trip, they comp you a night, or they upgrade your room. Instead they offered me a vague number of points and asked me to bet on their hotel next time, and spend more money. This is how you lose a customer for life folks- not just the location but the brand itself.

Beautiful, modern newer hotel. Breakfast options very good! Spacious community areas. Stayed for a week and found it comfortable.
