The hotel is generally excellent. Its location is perfect, accessible. The staff are generally kind, courteous, generous. They allowed us to use their shower room even we had been checked out. They checked us out quite well, considering that we stayed only overnight. Bergamo Hotel is highly recommendable. And is is our favorite place now in Lingayen.

The staffs are friendly and helpful. Clean place. Delicious food and the unilimited complimentary of coffee/choco /tea is such a great idea. Most imporant our stay was stress free..

Wrongly Accused - Stealing Towels
Publié le 14 janv. 2023 sur HotelsFamily was visiting the area from Hawaii and California with other relatives and the staffs accused us of stealing towels. Housekeeping should have done their full inspection first before making the accusation. After rechecking the room, house keeping found the said stolen towels in the bathroom. I understand that some people do take towels from hotels, but this is the first time I’ve ever experienced for a hotel to come right out accused guests. No matter how apologetic they were, it was too late. My family were upset and embarrassed. We’ve never experienced anything like this. So, for those thinking of staying at this hotel, have the staff come in and inventory for supplies. Just ridiculous!
