La chambre sentait l'humidité. Il y avait meme de la moisissure dans le coin de la salle de bain. C'était vraiment loin d'une experience plaisante, nous avions seulement hate de repartir.

Séjour agréable
Publié le 27 sept. 2018 sur HotelsBien situé, à 15 minutes du centre historique à pied. L'autobus pour monter à la colline de Peña est à 5-10 minutes de marche de l'auberge. Les petits déjeuners sont très corrects. Je crois cependant qu'il devrait y avoir quelqu'un à la réception avant 9:00 pour les gens qui doivent quitter tôt. Chambre propre, avec les commodités habituelles.

We had a wonderful stay at this Boutique hotel. Loved having access to the laundry room (open 08h00-20h00). The morning breakfast and afternoon snacks & drinks were amazing, the staff was friendly and accommodating. Management prefers communication through WhatsApp.

Just outside the historic part of city which was great because it is easy to walk into town but you don't get stuck in traffic
No one to greet you at entrance or desk, but very easy check in process
Wonderful breakfast with fresh fruit, eggs, yogurt, meat, cheese, bread, cake, local pastries and coffee and then afternoon always has free beer, port and pastries
Overall clean, convenient and lovely, but not luxury

Great stay in Sintra

The laundry appliances do need to be cleaned but other than that, our short stay was wonderful.
Breakfast was delicious and the complimentary wine and beer was a nice touch.

Douglas, the property manager was awesome and so helpful. Everything was well maintained. So close to some many attractions, very walkable. I would stay here again. Loved it

Nightmare check in
Publié le 22 sept. 2024 sur HotelsCheck in was a nightmare! There’s nobody to check you in at the property and they didn’t send us a code for the door. I had to jump the 6 foot fence to get in and speak to a maid who didn’t speak English. I would not return to this place.
