The staff were amazing and went out of their way to make my family feel welcome. We had checked out really early, got to the airport and there was an 11 hour flight delay......so they let us come back. Many hotels would not do this. Huge thanks to a lovely bunch of humans managing a gorgeous property. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Chalet D Ávila Guest House. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome. The room was spotless, with comfortable bed . The overall atmosphere of the guest house was warm and inviting, creating a relaxing environment. Breakfast was simple but nice. What impressed us most was the hospitality – even after check-out we ware able to leave our luggage for few hours and explore the city. When we arrived to pick up our bags they offer us tea ,coffee and biscuits before we go to the airport, which made us feel valued as guests. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Great place. Friendly staff. Very well located. Note for the section I stayed in, bathroom facilities were shared. Very clean though. I was quite ok with it but I did not realize it until I got there.

Loved that I could get here on the Metro red line from airport and walk the last few blocks. Super clean private rooms and shared living room and bathrooms. Favorite was the 24 hour a day snacks and included breakfast in the morning!

Nice clean room. Shared bathroom not an issue. Staff were excellent and available 24 hours a day. Left early, so didn’t experience the breakfast The best aspects of this place are its excellent staff and its great location next to Saldanha metro.

It was wonderful. He shared bathroom facilities were plenty and impeccably maintained, the breakfast was wonderful, the rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The front staff was friendly and very helpful. If I come back to Lisbon this is where I will stay.
