This hotel falls far short of 5-star standards: - Room condition: The shower hood in my room was broken, and the tissue box provided had only a few tissues left. - Service: I sent my jeans for dry cleaning, as I had a dinner planned. While reception assured me they’d be returned by the end of the day, they were returned later without being cleaned. - Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the reception and restaurant toilets was appalling—street toilets were cleaner. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend the hotel at all.

The property was nice and clean. The employees were all very nice & helpful! They were always willing to help & give suggestions. The hotel is also in the perfect location for great restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing.
