Qualité et confort

De passage pour une nuit, j'ai apprécié le confort, le calme et la propreté de la chambre. J'ai également vu qu'il y avait de belles prestations comme la restauration ou le rooftop pour boire un verre mais je n'ai pas eu l'occasion d'essayer. Je suis satisfait de mon passage à l'hôtel Hills.

Hôtel à éviter ,pas vraiment top.état géneral, propreté etc,etc... Fonctionnement de la réservation pas optimale .La chambre ne correspond pas avec votre réservation et cela fait la personne pas au courant. Doit avoir bien mieux à Lisbonne.

Bonjour, nous espérons que vous avez eu un bon retour; Nous en profitons pour vous remercier de votre visite et de votre séjour au Hills Hotel.Vos commentaires étant anonymes et le nom Courage fuyons - fait référence comme vous le savez c'est une comédie française ! il nous est impossible d'identifier ce qui s'est passé, nous doutons même qu'il ait jamais séjourné au Hills Hotel Lisboa ;Cependant, en tant qu'Hôtel récemment ouvert, nous sommes reconnus pour la qualité de notre offre et de notre service. Nous sommes toujours soucieux de nous améliorer sans cesse, mais le nom d'hôte étant une comédie française ne mérite aucun autre commentaire.Merci à l'équipe Hills

A new hotel about one year and half ,in an old building, that’s the reason for rooms being very small, sink in the bathroom was the size of a shoebox!!, very thin old and used towels,i stayed for 8 nights and 3 days the towels had holes , breakfast is just ok, 2 kinds of cheese and just one processed ham in cold cuts department, some fruits , a good omelette,some hard boiled eggs , some sweets, and the regular juices, kind of a 2~3 star BK hotel not 4 that I payed, had a problem with the little sink that was plugged ,and dead battery in the safe box , but the issues where resolved very quick by the manager who is a very nice person , great staff, friendly helpful and with smiles on their faces , good shower and good bed ,safe and very clean , not really a 4 star but I recommend
