We are very sorry to know that some aspects of your stay didn't meet your expectations. As for breakfast, we would like to state that we offer a very wide variety of different options, including protein, to meet the different preferences of our guests. We offer four types of cheese, milk, four yogurt options, bacon, two ham options, sautéed mushrooms, boiled and scrambled eggs, as well as fried eggs or omelettes that can be ordered directly from the kitchen. We also include dried fruit. In terms of fruit selection, we offer the freshest and most seasonal options, consisting of three whole and sliced varieties, as well as two options of fruit in syrup, to ensure a balanced and colorful breakfast.Regarding the comfort of the pillows, we are sorry the pillows weren't to your standard. In the future, we strongly encourage you to contact our reception, where we'll be happy to supply you with other different types of cushions (depending on availability), as we understand the importance of a comfortable night's sleep.To conclude, regarding the air conditioning, we highly value the role of sustainability and are committed to encouraging our guests to use resources conscientiously. Nevertheless, if you wish, during your next stay you can leave the room key in the room to maintain the power supply and therefore adjust the air conditioning to your preference during the night.Despite these matters, we really that on your next visit to Lisbon, you give us the opportunity to welcome you again.
