Rooms look nothing like photos

Can't overstate how unhappy we were with this residence. The rooms look nothing at all like the photos - all appliances are outdated/rusting, there is no natural light, the bathrooms had mold and rust in the tubs, and there was an unpleasant smell. Took a 2 hour nap here, during which I got two bug bites (we found several bugs in the room). There is no one on the premises to speak to, or a number we were able to call for assistance or to provide feedback. We eventually checked out after a few hours and had to find alternate accommodations at midnight. We contacted the property by email and have not heard back. Hotels.com assisted in communicating with them, but they have refused to issue any refund, despite us sharing several photos of the state of the room, the bug bites, and the bugs themselves.

Appartement lumineux et chaleureux, belle vue sur la ville, cuisine bien aménagée,, lit ok, mais couette non adaptée à la taille du lit. immeuble et hall propre. quartier calme et accessibilité au centre ville direct. Problème de remontée d odeur d égout, et bruit sur le toit quand il y a du vent (tôle, antenne?)
