This is a comfortable and very well run hotel. The staff are polite, professional and very well trained. Even though they provide an airport shuttle, the hotel is just an easy 7 or 8 minute walk from terminal 1 at the Lisbon Airport. If I were passing through this airport again and needed a hotel at the airport, I would stay ant the Melia again without hesitation. And, the price was very reasonable.

Convenient to the airport (we walked to it but could have taken the shuttle) and hotel room very comfortable. Dinner in the restaurant wasn’t great due to staffing issues but the food was good.

The staff is really nice, the food was decent. The only constructive criticism would be: the condition in which our room (219) was, namely: the hardwood around toilet was detached from the subfloor, the shower door wouldn’t close, the paper wall was unglued on the left side of the door and on the right side inside. They offered just 2 coffee cups which for some coffee drinkers like us was far from being sufficient. In conclusion, I think they can afford to charge the high dollars for this hotel because it is indeed within walking distance to LIS terminal 1.

Good for an airport hotel
Nice for an airport hotel and very comfortable for one night. Some weird things were that one elevator wouldn’t stop at our floor, I ordered a sandwich that came with fries but the fries came about 20 min after I finished my sandwich and the toilet made a crazy terrifying noise every 2 hours all night. But good location, nice people and good shower products.
