The breakfast is on the positive side of OK. But apart from that it's an incredible value for a perfect location. Super helpful (seriously) front desk staff! No matter the time of day.

Amazing stay for a 3 star hotel. Honestly better than some 4 star hotels that we stayed in. Pros: - Great receptionist and gave us lots of tips on where to go see - Recieved complimentary Portugal egg tart & wine - Modern and clean rooms with a nice shower - STRONG water pressure - Amazing wifi connection - Great location and convenient Cons - A little hard to find

The location is very convenient to everything. The room was very small but functional. Water in the shower tended to overflow because it doesn’t drain fast enough. Staff was very professional and helpful. Place is very clean. We felt very safe inside the hotel. However, we did not feel as safe at night walking back to the hotel as it is dark and there’s an abandoned building a few steps from the hotel that attracts homeless people.

The only things I didn’t like was the shampoo was combined with body wash and it was like water. The other thing was that the shower didn’t drain properly, so you were still standing in water when the water is off

Staff was super friendly. Hotel is close to many tourist attractions. Staff in the front desk helped us to book guided tour to Sintra. The tour guide was excellent! Overall we had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel and hopefully we can come back!

We really enjoyed our stay. Staff was excellent, very helpful. Location was great, centrally located. Room was was on smaller side but well appointed, clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good with a good variety of food to choose from. Would definitely recommend. Will definite stay here upon return visit to Lisbon.

Hotel is very well managed, Staff are super helpful and friendly. They even sent a beautiful cake for my husband’s birthday, they helped us to book tour and recommended excellent restaurants. House keeper is doing a great job to keep room clean and tidy and hotel is close to transportation, shopping, sightseeing and restaurants.
