Lovely stay at this beautiful property. The interior is beautiful and room was updated and well appointed. Breakfast was fabulous with different stations. We enjoyed the dinner/concert experience as well. Reasonably close to restaurants, shopping, transportation and attractions.

We had the most amazing stay. Not only is the property beautiful and has nice amenities, including free wine tasting and spa. The staff is also very kind and attentive. We have a new favorite place in Lisbon :)

Stunning decor, great location and excellent customer service. Allan at front desk was outstanding! We arrived shortly before the spa was closing but he ushered us there so we could enjoy it as we were only there one night. We were also greeted with welcome wine and a cheese and olive board. Those details are so appreciated. Our room was quiet, clean and beautiful. Highly recommend!

A treat to stay
Staying here was absolutely a treat; so much so I booked it again on our last night before we leave Lisbon. We really enjoyed the spa and welcome drink and appetizers. All the staff was friendly and Allan was especially accommodating during our time. We only wish the spa was open later (closes at 20:00 hr).

We got a good price on our room through Expedia and although the room was small, it was very comfortable and attractive. The staff were professional, helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and amazing in its variety. The property is a very short walk from the beginning/end of the 24E trolley line and not far from Metro stations, the Rossio train station, and seemingly hundreds of restaurants. This was one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at, absolutely deserving of its four stars. I recommend it highly.

This is a one off boutique hotel. Really welcoming and with very friendly staff. Very well appointed rooms. Quirky decoration, very clean and in a good location. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend.

The hotel and staff were very nice. The breakfast was amazing and the pianist playing I. The morning was so special. The staff treat us more like family than just customers. They provided great recommendations for restaurants. The tram is right across the street which was convenient. We will definitely stay here again when we return.

Charming Stay in Lisbon’s Chiado Neighborhood
This is a must stay if you’re visiting Lisbon. The rooms are so charming, the staff welcoming, and the amenities plentiful. It is in a perfect location, walkable to most everything, including a metro, lovely cafes, the waterfront, and other desired sites. Our favorite perk besides the exquisite breakfast spread is the wine cave! We have stayed here twice and we will be back!
