My room didn’t have a good drain system for the shower. Felt like I was standing in a pond of my own filth. There is not shelf for the soap. There is no water or ice machine anywhere.

The location was great! And at least one staff member was very friendly and helpful. There were stains on the carpets on the corridors and a funky smell in the lobby. The room was boiling hot when we got there and took hours to cool down. The bathroom mirror doesn’t have sufficient lighting for shaving or make up. And if you don’t put a sign on your door that you want the room cleaned they won’t automatically do it. And I was not informed of this. Which is very annoying. Also the pillow where super thick and hard to sleep on.

The listing on expedia is incorrect. There is no onsite parking. Its either street and pay or patking garage. Staff was excellent, clean, convenient and easy to walk to many sites.

The stay was fine. The room did not have shampoo, conditioner. It had a very small multi use gel. Had to ask for hand soap, was not supplied. People at front desk were very helpful. The hotel is very well situated. Metro close by.
