Séjour très agréable même en novembre 2022

Très agréable villa, spacieuse, bien équipée, calme, et très bien située pour notre découverte de Nazaré, Sintra et Lisbonne. Les prestations de cuisine à la villa et de courses pour remplir le frigo ont très bien fonctionné. Gestion du dossier et acceuil, parfait

Publié le 16 oct. 2021 sur HomeAwaySuperbe Villa, je recommande fortement. Il y a beaucoup de lieux à visiter à proximité et la villa est à seulement 30 à 40 mn de Lisbonne.
Hôte accueillant et sympathique.
Il manque juste quelques accessoires ou appareils de fitness. Mais c’est un détail.
Chambre confortable.
A faire entre amis ou avec enfants.

Wished It Was Better
Publié le 21 sept. 2024 sur HomeAway8 of us stayed there for a week. A nice-looking place, easy drive to both Sintra and the coast, nice view and pool. BUT, too lacking in the amenities. Only 2 dish towels supplied, bedroom towels felt like sandpaper, no washcloths. We had 2 floor lamps in our room but couldn't plug one in due to lack of outlets. No A/C in the dining room which was exposed to the afternoon sun. We didn't use the washing machine because the dryer didn't work. The jacuzzi was not working. The property manager seemed to be trying his best (brought in a new coffee pot because the on-site one didn't work, had repairmen come in to try to fix things...unsuccessfully) but for the money we spent we expected that things would be already working properly and much better supplied.

We appreciate these as an opportunity to improve our services.
As for your requests, we responded to all in a fast manner. For instance, we have in the villa 6 coffee machines and still replaced coffee machine #6 for tenants best convenience and offered the service of clothes drying for free while the dryer was fixed during their stay.
The complete description of the amenities villa is the listing and the air conditioning equipments are distributed and sized according to the villa dimensions and layout. Thank you for your comments.

almost perfect
Publié le 20 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwaywell i would like to have given 5 stars as so much of this villa is beautiful the outside area living areas and kitchen 5 star. However we had some issues with the bedrooms . Two of the bedrooms were fine despite small bathroom in one.The other two bedrooms were very small for two adults virtually no hanging space for clothes. This was not helped by one of the closets unavailable because owners clothes in it. The fourth bedroom had no real hanging space. The host and hostess were extremely attentive and lots of very nice touches expresso machines in all rooms welcome pack etc. Seems a shame such a great property would have such small bedrooms and bathrooms

Beautiful villa
Publié le 5 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayReally enjoyed our stay, the villa was beautiful with large well equipped rooms and a fantastic pool. Great location close to the historic town of Sintra and only a ten minute drive from great surfing beaches.
The owners were very kind and helpful, highly recommended.

Portugal Visit

Beautiful property, gorgeous town, lovely hosts
Publié le 12 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe had an amazing stay in Sintra. The house is even more expansive than the pictures. All the bedrooms are large suites, 3 with balcony views and one with private garden access. The hosts have also included little special touches including wonderful (locally made) body lotions and Nespresso coffee machines in each bedroom. The pool is large enough for water games and laps if you wanted and the views from every angle are gorgeous. The surrounding beach towns are magical with fantastic restaurants just 10 minutes from the property. It's hard to imagine how it could have been better. Loved all of it.
