Ideal for jet set nomads, roving diplomats, and those piloting a move to Lisbon, the flat caters exclusively to mid-length stays. No cookie cutter interiors in sight, with satisfying details and surprises tucked into every corner.

The kitchen is stocked with quality cookware, sharp Italian knives, Whirlpool appliances, including a combination washer/dryer. A vintage poker table doubles as a dining table, and the living space is perfectly laid out for Netflix & chill. The bedroom darkens and quiets completely for a restful night's sleep on a premium mattress and locally-produced linens.

The dedicated office is complete with a Herman Miller Cosm chair, rotating monitor, laptop stand, and sofa bed. Connect to super fast wifi or direct ethernet. Maintain optimal focus mode with double-glazed windows, interior shutters, and the thermal-acoustic insulation of a new build.

Afternoon sunlight fills the open plan living space thanks to a southwest orientation. All windows are doors, and all doors open to Juliet balconies on the street side and a small patio at the rear. For ambient temperatures, choose between a luscious cross-breeze or AC/heating units in every room.

For your convenience, safety and security, there is an elevator, video intercom, built-in safe, armored door, and carbon monoxide/smoke detectors.

We accept bookings for single guests or couples only. For occasional third guests during a mid-length stay, the office is furnished with a sofa bed. The flat is unsuitable for children and pets.

IMPORTANT: No added cleaning fee. Professional cleaning every two weeks at no extra charge. A supplemental contract may be required at check-in, and municipal tourism taxes will be collected at check-in. This will be explained upon initial booking request.
