The base tariff includes 6 people; extra guests incur an additional fee per person, per night.
Electric car charging is $20 per use, payable separately after booking.
ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING FEE
Please advise if you intend to use the house electricity to charge your electric car.
There is a fee of $20 per charge, which is charged separately.
Kindly inform us of the number of times you plan to charge your car during your stay.
There is no dedicated EV port at the property. Guests will need to bring their own extension lead and EV-compatible charging cable to connect to the propertys electricity supply.
ACCESSIBILITY
The property is suitable for individuals with some mobility needs.
There are 2 steps into the property.
The property is level throughout, except for 2 steps leading into Bedroom 5.
The main bathroom features a shower with no lip, making it more accessible.
ELECTRIC FENCE
An electric fence is installed around the garden to contain livestock.
Please avoid touching the wires as they are live and will deliver a mild shock.
LIVESTOCK
The property is home to sheep and horses.
Their designated area is enclosed by an electric fence.
Entering the livestock areas is strictly prohibited.
RURAL AREA
Please be aware that this property is located in a rural area, and snakes, spiders, and insects may be present.
Take care when exploring outdoors, and avoid disturbing wildlife.
SWIMMING POOL RULES
Children must be supervised at all times while using the pool and in the pool area.
No intoxication or disruptive behaviour in or around the pool area.
No glassware is permitted in the pool area for safety reasons.
Please ensure safe and responsible use of the pool.
FIREWOOD SEASON
1st May - 30th September
A starter welcome pack of firewood, firelighters, and matches is provided during firewood season for your first night.
Further firewood and firelighters can be purchased at the local petrol stations.
9PM OUTDOOR NOISE RESTRICTION CURFEW
Due to the close proximity of neighbours near to the property, there is a strict noise restriction curfew from 9pm - 8am in all outside areas.
Please ensure you are super quiet when outside during this time.
IN-HOUSE GUESTS ONLY
Please note that this property is not available to hold lunches and dinners, or any other gatherings for people who are not booked to stay at the property.
The property is only for use by paid in-house guests that match the number of guests that are on the reservation.
NO PARTY OR NOISE DISRUPTION POLICY
Please note that this property has a very strict no-party and no-noise disruption policy. Under no circumstances is this a party house or venue.
The neighbours are in very close proximity as it is a very quiet and peaceful residential area.
Please note there will be an immediate eviction without a refund if there is a breach of our terms conditions.
CCTV
Please note Marrangaroo Meadows has CCTV cameras installed around the external areas of the property.
PAYMENT POLICY
Deposit: A minimum 50% deposit is required to confirm bookings made more than 30 days before the arrival date.
Balance Security Bond: The remaining balance and the refundable security bond must be paid 30 days before the arrival date.
Full Payment: For bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date, full payment and the refundable security bond are required at the time of booking.
Transaction Fee: A non-refundable 2.9% Stripe transaction fee applies to all payments including the bond.
Statement: Payments will appear as ACCOMMODATE BLUE MOUNT on your bank statement.
Agreement: By making payments, you agree to our terms and conditions.
Bond Refund: Bond refunds are processed 7 business days after check-out and may take 5-10 days to appear in your bank account.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Standard Cancellations: Cancellations made 31 days or more before arrival incur a non-refundable AU$5.00 channel manager fee. Cancellations made within 30 days before arrival are non-refundable.
Date Transfers: Changes to booking dates are not permitted within 30 days of the arrival date.
Event Cancellations: Accommodated is not responsible for cancellations of events, functions, or activities. Such cancellations will be governed by our standard cancellation policy.
COVID-19 Lockdown: If travel is prohibited due to a COVID-19 lockdown, bookings can be transferred up to one year in advance with one free date change.
