We arrived at 1am and we were exhausted we all went straight to bed and slept. We woke up and noticed the bed the boys were in sheets had a big stain on it appeared to be body fluid.

When I checked in, I found out that the pool was not available. The toilet was running in the bathroom. They had no plates at breakfast. They had to send a staff to Walmart to get plates. No coffee downstairs, and the Keurig in my room was not working and when I called they said someone was coming to look at it. When I checked out at 10am, no one had come. I was over it already.

Staff was wonderful but room wasn’t
Publié le 23 août 2024 sur HotelsThe staff was wonderful but unfortunately the room wasn’t so great. They need to upgrade the rooms especially the bathroom. They didn’t have any towels and I had to go get some from front desk because the phone line not wasn’t working. The shower the drain was clogged and the shower was like a swimming pool. It was also dirty. Where the shampoo, body wash were at it looked like it was hanging and it must of fail off and they just left it on the side. It’s dangerous because it still had the metal attached around it and it could fall off and cut you.

Worn and needs to be renovated
Publié le 19 août 2024 sur HotelsThis is a hotel that definitely needs to be renovated. It is old and stale. For example the shower did not work properly. The desk chair was very worn. There are three other hotels right next to this one, they all looked much better even though two were built at the same time as this one.

The took care of my Mother really well. The housekeepers are amazing and she felt comfortable being at this hotel, even though she was displaced from her home.
