Shower rod, falling off wall in bathroom. Pillows need replacing.
Received no housekeeping services for the 4 days I was there, not even a garbage pickup. Was not informed if this was the norm.
Breakfast service needs an overall redo. Very poor.

Very family friendly, the staff was nice and knowledgeable. Safe area, close to restaurants and shopping. The pool was great! Kids had a blast, we could barely get them out.
