Our bathroom was dirty upon arrivial. It took 3 times for the cleaning lady to get it CLEAN (me showing her where there was hair). There were shirts left in the drawers from the people before us. No conpesation was given becasue we booked through a 3rd party. No manager was on site. They could not tell me when woukd be there

Fun Stay for Kiddos
Publié le 18 août 2024 sur HotelsThe water park was very fun for our kiddos! The overall room could have been a tad cleaner. We had no toilet paper when we walked in. The toilet wasn’t very clean. The sheets had some visible stains. The floors need a shampooing and there were small flies dead by the window.

Staycation
Publié le 18 août 2024 sur HotelsWe checked in after 3 pm and we were able to get in to are room just as soon there was a few things that we could have used but the hotel didn’t have it . Are bathroom was not the cleanest there was a tissue in the corner of the bathroom on the floor by the sink . I being former hotel cleaner inspected the toilet which was awesome. Over all the room was cleaned when I was done before my nieces got in it I made sure it was up to pair for them they are very picky . We enjoyed are stay with 4hours of pool time after check in . Thank You so much for the wonderful service very friendly and helpful.
