The only issue we saw was the kitchen sink leaked and obviously the owners knew about it because there was a bucket under the sink to catch the water which we learned quickly had to be emptied or it ran over.

Sorry about the sink, it has been fixed. It was a minimum drip and being so far up north with a full time population of 250, it takes some serious time and scheduling to book a plumber. We didn’t want to cancel your reservation due a small leak under the sink. In the future I would reach out to the host with concerns that the leak became an inconvenience so that perhaps I could have done something more for you while you were here. Sorry for your trouble.

Absolutely adequate

It is a little rough with a lot of the doors not shutting and locks not working or missing (both bathrooms don't have locks and the window in the shower was interesting). It was clean and had lots of beds. Smart TV with WiFi worked great as well as very good Verizon service kept the kids happy when we were not outside. Much closer to town then the map shows (this was good and bad as we had hopped to ride quads from the cabin but it was nice for our trips to Grand Marais)

This property has lots and lots of beds! It worked well for just 4 of us--one couple and 2 singles. We were each able to have our own bedroom. But you could easily share with many more people.
Communication with the landlords was excellent. They also offered to check for a package we had delivered before out arrival, which I really appreciated.
