Amazing property

The property was even more beautiful than the pictures and the house has a lovely cozy atmosphere. Adults, seniors and children all loved it and had plenty of room. The views were great too of course! Checkin was smooth and simple and the house was super clean. It was perfect in every way for us and we hope to return again someday .Thanks for all the personal touches and!

Publié le 1 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe house was wonderful. My only objection was the check in process. Not sure why we had to drive into Mendocino to get a paper telling us what the door code was. An email would have been better. Other than that it was a terrific weekend. Beautiful house and wonderfully appointed. We'll be back :)

Beautiful location with lots of privacy

There is a huge wraparound deck, with one side facing the ocean, and the other facing the secluded forest. The hot tub location faces the forest, and was very private and quiet. My negative note is the sofa in the living room is quite old, to the point where some of the seams are coming undone. Overall, this was a very nice home with an excellent location, and would be great for a family gathering.

Great location, beautiful house!
Publié le 30 mai 2023 sur HomeAwayThe location is gorgeous. It's a treat to watch the ocean and the sunset from the top level of the house or from the porch.
The house is clean and in good condition, with beautiful kitchen and good furnishings. The towel folding art was impressive.
As minor suggestions for improvement, having the windows washed would improve the enjoyment of the view, and including a starter amount of shampoo and cooking oil would save a 30m drive to Safeway for people who didn't read the welcome emails closely enough or forgot to pack them.

Quite getaway overlooking the ocean

Even better than you’d think
Publié le 22 nov. 2022 sur HomeAwayAbsolutely gorgeous property - the pictures don’t do it justice, especially the panoramic view of the ocean. Perfectly arranged for a family group to have their own spaces for sleeping and privacy but also communal spaces to spend time together.
Location was fantastic too. A short drive to Mendocino and many parks and hiking trails, but a feeling of privacy and seclusion on the property itself.
The property manager was great; couldn’t have been easier. We were also impressed by how well-stocked the kitchen was.
