Quick trip into Little Rock
Publié le 12 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayHouse is great and as described. Comfy bed and pillows. Hairdryer needs replaced bc it’s ancient and sounds like it’s on its last leg. Otherwise wonderful trip and would stay again.

Pleasant weekend interlude
Publié le 15 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayI came to LR to spend time with my daughter over the weekend. I found the house spotless and pleasantly decorated with a cozy feel. Comfortable beds, convenient appliances, sweet house!
I would recommend it to anyone.

Excellent stay
Publié le 3 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe came here for work and were here for 2 weeks. We loved our stay. The home was perfect for us and close to everything. Host was responsive and even refunded an additional charge for cleaning when we extended our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Little Cottage! Great location!

Publié le 26 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayThe house is a really cute cottage that has been updated. It has comfortable beds, furniture and fully equipped kitchen. It is surrounded by transitional homes. The one next door is pretty unkempt and the street is difficult to navigate with all the street parking. We had some issues with some areas of the house that were not cleaned well upon check-in. The property manager was hard to reach and we told him the TV remote needed to be replaced. He told us he would deliver one that day-never did that. The property owner apologized and gave us a night off our rental. I think that will be fixed for future renters.

We are glad you chose our home and we apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay. The neighborhood is historic with a variety of homes. Street parking can be challenging at times and recently the house across the street was being renovated which created more of a challenge. We have begun working with a new cleaning partner and local host to ensure that future guests do not share your experience, we are so sorry.

Excellent home and location
Publié le 4 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayA modern remodel of a vintage home. Very clean and comfortable. Fine dining, river walks, bicycle riding and shopping couldn't have been more convenient.
Aside from a few minor hiccups - the TV remote didn't function properly, a little mold in the bathtub and dishes left in the dishwasher at our arrival - we give this property a 5-Star rating.
