Hotel needs remodeled lobby smelled really bad Blinds in first room were hanging off the window Rooms are old and battered The entire property should be renovated or sold Not what one expects from a Comfort Inn & Suites

It had a weird smell to the room like it was mildew. You can hear noise from the other rooms.

The hotel is very close to the airport and the airport shuttle runs on demand from 4 am. There is a bar and grill in the hotel and rooms were a nice size

We stayed one night due to an early flight. The important areas (bed, bathroom, sink) was very clean. The carpet was questionable. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was decent. Hallways smelled awful, like old food. And you could hear anyone walking around w/heavy feet. Also, the AC cutting on continuously woke us up. Otherwise, not the worst.

The months of June and July we had some long term contracyors staying and cooking in their kitchettes nightly. The female manager was highly abusive. Backbite myself and put on myself and my guest the responsibility of being assigned the wrong floor and room. She screamed at me across the hallway, told me it was my responsibility to verify everything. And then talked loudly about how she was going to charge extra fees for my dog even though her front desk staff said it was only an additional $25 charge. She then talked nasty about my dog(who was in my arms the entire time), demeaned me in front of other customers and front door staff loud enough for other guests to listen/oberhear whole I waited for true elevator to take me to the dog approved floor. In the morning Ing she again berated me and then again started talking nonsense about me to front staff until I finally called her out on her unacceptable behavior. This woman has no manners and absolutely the worst customer service imaginable. The floors were sticky and not clean, the elevator would stop before the floor and not open until you pressed the elevator button, the lights within the second room didn’t work and we were given small pillows versus traditional normal size pillows, finally the water pressure sucked in the bathroom. Do not stay at this property if you are a person of color, unless you are OK with being verbally abused the old white woman who walks around demeaning anyone and everyone to all who will listen.

Please accept our apologies regarding the issues that you had regarding your stay. The front desk was asking every guest if they had a pet to make sure that we had you on the correct floor. We were addressing the issue of the dog on the pet free floor so you would not be charged for cleaning a pet free room. If you had read the Registration card it stated that there is an additional cleaning fee to take a pet to the 4th &5th floor of 125.00 plus pet fee and ALL pets must be on a leash. This is not just a hotel policy but also a City of Little Rock Policy. There was nothing stated except if you were having issues you should have read the policies before taking your pet to the room. Again, please accept our apologies. JoDee Hansen General Manager

Great second stay

We stayed here twice. It's in the airport aea, but quiet. Room was great, beds comfortable. Great breakfast. The resident dog Blue was at the check-in counter! Sweet boy!
