Staff was very welcoming
Breakfast was expansive, poor quality and plastic covers are unacceptable
Room was very old looking although comfortable

Bad Breakfast Ruined an otherwise good stay.
Publié le 20 juin 2024 sur HotelsThe front desk reception was friendly and helpful and the room was very spacious. The only issue with the stay was the breakfast bar. At 6:30, when we were ready for coffee and breakfast and to hurry up and get on the road, the staff was unable to find the keys to get the place up and running. After an extended delay in being able to order our breakfast, one of our items (oatmeal) never showed up. Eventually, we had to ask about it and it was obvious that the person at the counter was unaware that we had ordered an oatmeal.

The room was clean. We did have a room that faced the street. The level of noise was minimal. Very convenient to downtown and parking was close to the hotel. Staff were friendly. We enjoyed our stay.
