The front plaza area of the hotel is actually owned by Little Rock Convention and Visitor's Bureau. It is with great pleasure that I can let you know that they do have plans to renovate the entire plaza area. I do not have a time line yet; but the master plans are wonderful. This is how all hotels used to be with 5 star service! It’s a little older hotel, but the staff, the view, the location and the amenities are outstanding and makes it so worthwhile. I can not say enough good things about their customer service from checkin, bar area, support staff and room service ! Well done! We will be staying there again.

Great location for a stay nearby events downtown! Would have liked a fridge and microwave but we were only there one night. No biggie.

We paid $15 for parking. But that’s not bad. Also $10 paid extra with hotel price for breakfast
