Hello Melissa,Thank you for nice review. I am so excited to have the opportunity to host you while you were in Little Rock. The front plaza area of the hotel is actually owned by Little Rock Convention and Visitor's Bureau. It is with great pleasure that I can let you know that they do have plans to renovate the entire plaza area. I do not have a time line yet; but the master plans are wonderful. This is how all hotels used to be with 5 star service! It’s a little older hotel, but the staff, the view, the location and the amenities are outstanding and makes it so worthwhile. I can not say enough good things about their customer service from checkin, bar area, support staff and room service ! Well done! We will be staying there again.

Great location for a stay nearby events downtown! Would have liked a fridge and microwave but we were only there one night. No biggie.

We paid $15 for parking. But that’s not bad. Also $10 paid extra with hotel price for breakfast
