Staff was very friendly!! Hotel was easy to get to. A/C in the room was struggling to cool down. We did have a west facing sliding door but still should have cooled down more than it did. Never got below 73 at night.

I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Hotsprings, Ar. I stayed here on a vacation with my wife and we both loved this hotel. I recommend getting a room with a lake view, as the balcony was relaxing and the view at night was beautiful. The room was well stocked and included dishes, cookware, and a stove. For the price you will not find a better place to stay. Staff was also extremely helpful.

This property is terrible and the customer service here is terrible. Let me start off the lady who checked us in wasn’t really helpful or seem like she didn’t want to be at work that day. I got to the room, my shower was stopped up or drain was clogged. The refrigerator door wouldn’t close. The microwave just went out out of no where. My door seem like it was kicked in before because you can see it don’t close all the way. We asked for manager multiple times and every time they say oh the manager work the morning shift we go complain in the morning oh the manger is here in the evening. Then we go in the evening the manager is here at night .at this point I asked for corporate because we clearly can’t get a manager to complain. The night service guest was rude and terrible to where I had to confront him and tell him there is no way your going to talk to me crazy like this and I’m a paying guest who is complaining about my room. He got mad and called security and security came and clearly seen I was in the right and told the customer service guy to calm down he will handle it and took care of what I was complaining about and apologized for how we where treated. This was the worst experience I have ever had in my life with a hotel. I’m still waiting on their corporate office to email me back about this.
