Not impressed. I booked a room with a tub. Did not get the room I requested. The room I stayed in was not very clean. There was a piece of dental floss hanging in the standup shower and there were questionable stains on the carpet. The shower door handle was broken off leaving sharp bits exposed. I only stayed one night, thank goodness. Also, the toilet wouldn’t flush. And one more thing, why would you put the coffee maker on a shelf in the bathroom??? Why??

The fire alarm went off at 3am for over an hour. The elevators were shut off the next morning for the day.

OK for a night
Publié le 11 août 2024 sur HotelsThe room was ok for a night, but we had to find parking out on the street and then had to walk back to the hotel late at night. The frint desk clerk was nice and very helpful, but the room was not as clean as I would have hoped. Nothing terrible, stains on the carpet and in the bathtub. Breakfast was pretty good.

Customer service was great! Front desk was very nice and informative. The toilet, however, was broken when I got there and there was a big stain in the carpet. Other than that, it was good good location. However, pay to park in the garage because I felt that my car would be safer in there than out on the street.
