Nice hotel and helpful staff, but luggage carts are terrible. Things fall off the triangle-shaped carts and through the holes. Also, a bit of an overcharge for a minimalist breakfast.

Dear Dr. John.Thank you for your feedback. I agree about the carts, wish we had the full size available at the hotel. As for the breakfast, I was surprised by your description of "minimalist breakfast". It is a full freshly cooked breakfast buffet that has eggs, bacon and sausage, potatoes, free coffee, with additional cold items, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, muffins, bagels, bread, oatmeal (or grits) etc...Warm regards,
