There are 4 lamps in the unit. One flashed on & off & the others didn’t work at all. The air was musty even with the a/c going full. The ice machines in my bldg didn’t work. Had to go to a different building to get some. Was promised access to a wheelchair. It was missing. Their breakfast scrambled eggs were tasteless & even though I was one of the first in, the biscuits were stale ∧ the gravy over salted. Reminded me of an old Motel 6. The web page picture must have been stolen from a nicer location. The neighborhood made me wish I had an alarm system on my car.

The room itself was great. We loved the location and the size of the room. The food was a whole different story. We got served moldy breakfast food and realized after already eating it. Called to report this due to getting sick and was assured someone would call me. No return phone call. Watch the food if you eat!

Needs some serious TLC
Publié le 21 avr. 2024 sur HotelsWhile rooms were spacious it is very dated. By that I mean everything in the suite was damaged furniture wise including the cabinets. One tv didn’t work and beds were uncomfortable for all. The floors were not clean. First thing you do is kick off your shoes and my feet were dirty right away. Sideways look at the floor showed spills and grime. There were three hand towels and one wash cloth for a two bedroom suite. The fire suppression system chirped all night. However the staff was very nice and friendly.

The website said you could receive a roll-out bed if needed. They didn't have a rollout period at all. The website also said they had a pool and there was no pool.. And on top of that my door to my room was wouldn't work i had to get the worker to help me open it. And the bed inside the sofa bed was broken i had to change rooms due to it being broken..

Was not a fan of how small and high the beds were. Did like the free breakfast. On the weekend though (Sunday) it was grab and go bags. Not many options. Much more to choose from on Monday though. Liked that there were elevators available. Easy parking.
