Emplacement : Clinton Librairy; le parc des bords de la rivière ;
Points positifs : - bien situé au centre du quartier de River Market, et proche de la Clinton Librairy ; - hôtel très confortable, chambre avec cuisine complète bien conçue, excellent petit déjeuner ; Points négatifs : - peu de défaut : hôtel de chaine sans grande originalité, et parking moyennement accessible (situé derrière l’hôtel, il faut contourner le bâtiment par la voie publique pour y accéder, car par l’arrière de l’hôtel, il y a des marches ne permettant pas le passage d’un charriot à bagages) ;

Could use a refresh

The hotel is s bit shop- worn. Frayed fsbrics, cabinets that had been slammed shut once too often. While it was nice to have an adjacent parking lot, at check-in and out, you had wheel your luggage around the property, as the lot was only reached by outside stairs. And little things, like a very limited selection of teas (tea drinkers are regularly discriminated against. )

Great place to stay for a concert

I only stayed one night to attend a concert; about a five minute ride or twenty minute walk to Simmons Bank Arena. This is a well kept Residence Inn (although seemed somewhat older) in a great location. The room was in immaculate condition when I checked in, as you would expect from a Marriott owned facility. If in Little Rock for an extended stay or business my room had a workable kitchenette, a couch area to relax and watch TV and a sizeable desk to get some work done. The bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a decent size and I really appreciated the large walk-in shower. The only two downsides (at least for me), (a) I was not expecting to be charged for parking. I have stayed at other hotels in this area where parking was included. And (b) my room faced one of the major streets so the street noise was a nuisance until the early morning hours. If you are a light sleeper, like I am, I’d ask for a room not facing the street.

Love the spacious rooms and close proximity to the river market area. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Breakfast was alright but overall no complaints. Would stay here again for sure!!

Didn’t like that you charged for parking. Think that would come with stay. Find a way to eliminate that or work into price so it seems that way. Parking is not easy downtown.

Little Rock Downtown on a holiday weekend.

Nice play to stay in Little Rock, we just hit it on a holiday weekend, surprisingly closed down.

Clean, spacious, comfortable room. The included breakfast was rather dismal - eggs and waffle OK, practically no fresh fruit or pastries.

This hotel helped change my perception about Little Rock. What a great place to visit. The property was great, spacious and well appointed.
