Location was convenient to UAMS. Rooms were spacious and nice, clean. Staff was friendly.

The room we received was not in a good location. When we were getting ready for bed we noticed a constant buzzing sound followed by a thumping every 10 seconds. This was very annoying. We told the hotel worker in the front but she did not get back to us or help in any way. The maintenance employee saw us and asked if we had an issue. We explained the situation and he informed us that right above that room the AC unit is placed for the hotel. We then went to the front hotel representative and asked her why we were not notified about that room or sound that comes with it. She had no clue and there was no solution on helping us. This hotel needs employees that can help with issues like this. They need to communicate better with hotel guests and help with issues like this.

Open wifi network here, do not recommend using at all as someone connected to the roku we brought from home before we turned off the setting. Homeless on the street right by the parking lot. Sour smell in the room presumably carpet as the rest of the room seemed clean. It can be siren noisy here as it's near a hospital, no fault of hotel. Staff were reasonably nice.

Excellent staff!
This was my fourth time to stay at this hotel. I bring my dad to UAMS every six months for doctors appointments and we always choose this hotel. It’s convenient to the hospital and the staff go above and beyond to accommodate you! We love the two bedroom suites with two bathrooms! It’s always clean, the beds are comfortable. Safe area. Breakfast is good and on certain week days they have an evening social with free food and drinks. They also have a free laundry mat. They also offer special rates for those who are in town for medical appointments.

Not worth the price.
The tables in the bedrooms were detaching from the wall. The curtains were a little broken. The breakfast was not really that great as the sausage both days was extremely overcooked. The gym could use some improvements. No water in the gym with missing equipment. The staff was friendly though!

I love this hotel, friendly staff, but also, I love dogs but not a fan of allowing pets of any kind staying at hotels. I can tell its wear and tear on furniture. Also, I love dogs but everyone doesn't love dogs
