Only thing that needs addressed is the heating unit. When the fan came on it vibrated and was so loud . So we didnt get much rest otherwise the stay was fine

The staff was very nice. The breakfast was delicious. There had a variety of choices. The room was clean and the temperature was just right. The parking lot was well lit. We have stayed at this location several times. It has always been excellent.

It was extremely dirty for a $125 night room. Hair all in the shower all over dispensers and on walls, was very apparent it was neglected and not cleaned. There was even food left over from who stayed the night before in the fridge. Air conditioner made noise all night long, a horrible hum. We have been staying here for at least 20 yrs when we come to Little Rock for the doctors. NEVER AGAIN! Obviously it was bought by different owners.

Rooms were okay, had a maintenance issue that they resolved quickly. Free breakfast was very good - omelettes, bacon or sausage, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, oatmeal, fruit, and cereal.

Absolutley No!!
Not a 3 star. Not even 2. Orange carpet along the base of the wall is black and dirty. It is in place of baseboard. This is an old hotel that is more like a motel 6 or super 8 but a step down from those. Corporate needs to visit this place.
