There are places to hang out in small groups and the common areas are comfortable for everyone to be together. The kitchen is well equipped and easy to use. Lots to do inside (game room) and outside (pool, hot tub, lake).

Weekend
Publié le 15 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayOverall the stay was great. The only thing was the hot tube either was lacking chemicals in the tubes or something else going on because even with showering and following the rest of the protocols the water started looking green.

On our inspection of the hot tub, we found food and drinks that had spilled inside the tub. In addition, the chemical dispenser was laying on the ground. Hot Tubs can be quite enjoyable and relaxing, but they are not made for small children and eating in. We send out and post instructions on the hot tub for proper use to make sure the water quality stays perfect. All of our hot tubs are taken care of by professionals, and we have them dumped and refilled between each guest. Of course should a guest ever notice an issue we are just a phone call away, our team is ready in case of a problem.

Excellent House and Location

Family Reunion Weekend
Publié le 10 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayThe property is immaculate and well maintained, and we had everything we needed. The lake view is gorgeous, and the property offers numerous recreational features, such as pool table, pingpong, cornhole, etc. We enjoyed the new pool and hot tub.

House exceeded our expectations
Publié le 17 mai 2023 sur HomeAwayThis house was more than we expected. We loved how the house allowed for our family all to be together, yet we can all do our own thing as well. We never left the property. There were tons to do. The owner was easy to get a hold of, if needed. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to entertain a group of people (of all ages). It had everything we needed. The weather was perfect, so we used the pool, kayaks, paddle boards etc. Can't think if anything its lacking!

51st Birthday
Publié le 30 oct. 2022 sur HomeAwayI did not celebrate my 50th due to covid, so I decided to celebrate this year at Lake Gaston. My family and I have spent the last 6 years going for our family vacation and we always get a different house. This was one of the best houses we have ever stayed in. The views were to die for. I can not say enough about this house. Thinking about renting it fir our family vacation next year!! Thanks to John for helping us out.

Excellent vacation home
Publié le 23 juill. 2022 sur HomeAwayCan't think of a more beautiful house on a beautiful warm water lake. There were 10 adults and 7 children under 10 years old. The family stayed in the lake all day into the evening. We ate all meals together in the air conditioned gazebo. The house came with paddle boards kayaks and a row boat. We had a boat spending many hours on the cove off the dock towing a tube. The house boasts endless sunrises from many large windows facing the water. Everything was clean and well kept. We cooked all meals. Grandma, Grandpa and a single uncle stayed in a beautiful, QUIET attached guest house. Thus rental is exceptional.
