The room had a sewer smell which was unbearable. Had to move out of room at 4am in the morning, no other room to move to or compensation because no one could speak English. The only person who could speak English was the Manager who clocked on at 8am in the morning. This could of been a one off problem but not good enough for a 4 or 5 star hotel

No air conditioning

Checked in about 3pm went shopping and dinner.. Came back to room hot.. Tried to adjust air conditioner with no luck .had my wife rich is Chinese call front desk to complain was told no a/c because outside cold just open windows..at 130 am room temperature was 80 degrees I called front desk and asked if anyone speaks English someone came on phone then when I explained about situation I was told he didn't understand me.. At 200 am we checked out I asked for manager no one came to help or try to accommodate us.. So left hotel and still had to pay for that night at this terrible place with bad service..
