- NOTE: There are 2 feral cats that live nearby and roam the property. The cats get an annual rabies vaccine and have been fixed. They are fed by the owners in a shed that is off-limits to guests
- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras: camera 1 is a floodlight camera at the front door facing the entrance and road, camera 2 is a floodlight camera in the back of the house facing the backyard, and camera 3 is a Ring doorbell device facing the front outdoor entry. The cameras do not look into interior spaces. The first 2 cameras only record video when activated by motion, while the third camera records both video and sound. They will record when they first sense motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected
