The staff were very polite and helpful. The property was clean and modern. Best hotel I've stayed at in Southport. Use the carpark to the right of the hotel, a third of the price of the underground carpark.

The hotel was very smart, modern and clean. The sea front and the town centre are within easy walking distance. The staff all seemed very pleasant and helpful, especially the lady on reception. Plentiful breakfast, perhaps not cooked to the very highest quality (a bit dry), but perfectly good enough for the price.

A wonderful hotel with excellent staff. Nothing was too much trouble. A reasonable price in a marvellous location and the choice of convenient secure parking. Breakfast was brilliant !
