In need of updating
Publié le 27 juin 2024 sur HotelsProperty looks great in pictures, but in person the rooms left alot to be desired. Clearly done up as cheap as possible while still trying to look expensive. Very uncomfortable couch which needs replacing asap. Balcony was covered in bird poo, not completely their fault of course but maybe some cover for the furniture would be useful. Clear signs of work being done and being filled in on the cheap (different colour paint, cracks, missing chunks of wall in some areas). For the price I paid for 1 night it wasnt too bad, but ive seen the price go way over that some nights and its simply not worth it.

Large room in central Liverpool; terrible service
Publié le 20 mai 2024 sur HotelsWe got there after being told we'd be able to leave our luggage at the reception, but the check-in desk was closed and left unattended. There were other 4 people waiting for someone to arrive and check them in: in the end, after about 30mins and several calls to the (incorrect) number specified in the booking, a housekeeper came to our rescue and checked us in.
The room was large and well lit, with a nice balcony with a view in line with one's expectations for Liverpool, but the sofa and chairs could use some extra cleaning. Finally, we would have appreciated if there had been any shampoo in the restroom in addition to the hand soap.
