Très bon séjour, petit bémol sur un drap de lit taché et la bonde de la baignoire qui ne fonctionne plus. Sinon Top

Superbe appartement. Très très bien situé, proche du Liverpool One. Réceptionnistes très serviables. Literie correcte. À recommander.

Already made a complaint. Next to a nightclub with bounding music untill 3-4am never says this on description. Rooms a dirty smell and holes everywhere in the wall. Couldn’t check in till 3.40 despite check in being at 3pm, no communication about this however or prior warning just constantly lied to telling there chasing it when clearly have been seen sat in office playing on phone. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Do not recommend

Extremely loud, had some trouble with the room next door, only night guard on Friday and Saturday nights, very dirty showers and carpets. Also had some random guys coming into our room in the middle of the night. Our key was inside the room, do not know how they got a key to unlock our door, tried reaching out to Epic on several different numbers with no answer and no one has reached out to me afterwards either. Would not recommend this place.

ONE RUDE & ANGRY FEMALE STAFF MEMBER ON PHONE!!

Paid for a 2 night stay but didn't stay at all due to a really rude & angry female staff member I had the misfortune to speak to on the phone before our arrival. I phoned to ask for help with their 3rd party checking in company's email & was greeted by a very, very hostile female. I'm a strong female but my partner & I were that upset by this representative of EPIC Seel Street that we decided not to bother staying at this hotel & ruin my partner's Birthday, even though it was paid for!!!

Sorry to hear that you decided not to stay within your property. Please note that the conversation with the member of team was dealt with in a professional manor, even within being hurled abused from the moment the phone call was picked up - with a number of times being told to SHUSHHH and that the staff member should just be listening as they "just work in customer service" and that's all they are there to do. Please note, you called a sales department, who are happy to give support - not a customer service team. The staff member on multiple occasions tried to relay information and support however they were met with hostility from both the male and female customer who were shouting down the phone. Again, we have noted your comments - however our process for self check, are our standards and 99% of our customers find this useful, easy and informative.

We arrived to find that we were not actually in the building we had booked but in an alternative building two streets away (on Duke Street). We had purposely booked the Epic Seel Street apartments to be across the road from a hotel our family were staying in. It was not clear on the booking that you may be in an alternative property. When we got to the property the sink on the bathroom was completely blocked. This was dealt with swiftly but was inconvenient. There was also renovation work taking place in an adjacent property which was noisy until 6pm. We were not notified of this. The property was generally scruffy and in need to refurbishment, with broken furniture and the cooker didn’t work. All in all a disappointing stay.
