Très bon séjour, petit bémol sur un drap de lit taché et la bonde de la baignoire qui ne fonctionne plus. Sinon Top

Superbe appartement. Très très bien situé, proche du Liverpool One. Réceptionnistes très serviables. Literie correcte. À recommander.

hotel tres bien situé pour le shopping de Liverpool One, pour aller aux docks et pour la visite des musees et cathedrales de Liverpool.tres bon accueil à l'hotel

Tenía una gotera que no nos dejó dormir toda la noche, las alfombras estaban muy sucias y rotas así mismo las paredes estaban negras de mugre, la verdad dejo mucho que desear el lugar, mejor nos cambiamos de lugar

Already made a complaint. Next to a nightclub with bounding music untill 3-4am never says this on description. Rooms a dirty smell and holes everywhere in the wall. Couldn’t check in till 3.40 despite check in being at 3pm, no communication about this however or prior warning just constantly lied to telling there chasing it when clearly have been seen sat in office playing on phone. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
