Vraiment trop dispendieux pour ce qui est offert. Pour le prix on se serait attendu à plus. Par exemple, oreiller décousue et plumes qui en sortait, taie oreiller tachée. De plus beaucoup de bruit. Hôtel vieillot qui aurait besoin d’un rafraîchissement. Surtout ne prenez l’afternoon tea. Le plus médiocre que nous avons eu: pâtisseries bas de gamme, thé en sachet genre Tealey acheté au supermarché, sandwichs avec une légère trace de garniture. Indigne du Royaume-Uni.

The property is perfectly situated near the cavern quarter and Liverpool one. The hotel is well decked out in everything Beatles. Staff were very helpful. The only downside was the noise from the street. We tried to get ear plugs from reception but they were all out. However would definitely stay again, allbeit in a quieter room.

Nice hotel but ..... missing staff

Recommended hotel to us but a little more service from staff would have been better. ex. missing staff closing of the restaurant and bar and other section.....

Perfect!! Beautiful hotel in the heart of everything. Really helpful staff. Porter was fab. Loved every minute. Will be back.
