I have stayed here many times and always come back Staff are friendly and I like the building and proximity to the waterfront Bathrooms are beginning to show their age and we had a funky heating system that was extremely noisy as radiators kicked on and off. But next time I am In the city will probably revisit

The Perfect Location
Great location, amazing view. So many choices for nearby restaurants, pubs etc. Within walking distance of Mathews St, the Cavern Club. Will stay here next visit to Liverpool.

A picturesque hotel in an historic warehouse with great views of the dock, the staff go above and beyond without having to be asked, but thats liverpudlians for you.One of the friendliest cities in the world.

A great place to stay!
Lovely spacious room with all amenities. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Excellent choice of breakfast foods. Staff very pleasant and obliging. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely stay at the docks
Check in was good and quick with no issues. Our room was a spacious twin room with a good view. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was good except my only complaint is that the room lighting is not sufficient. The room felt dark, even with all of the lights on. There is no overhead main light and although i love the brickwork in the room as it adds to the character, it does make the room feel even darker.
