Arrived around 10 PM, quick check in by very helpful receptionist. first impressions very good.Got to room tired and went stright to bed. Checked room in morning and it looked very tired, the bed base was covered in vinyl leather which was peeling off, cracked and poorly repaired tiles in bathroom and entrance and worn through laminate flooring. Apart from this room was comfortable and clean. Couldn`t open the window either as the handle was missing. To sum up except for the worn room we had a great stay. The staff were all excellent and a credit to the hotel, breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Bar area was small but only used it once as very expensive Estrella beer was £7.10 a pint even though it was advertised at £6.45 in room.

Nice Hotel - Nice Location - Nice staff. Only grip would be there said there would be complimentary Wine and Beers in our fridge, which there was not. We were not bothered just thought it odd to tell us at check in but not be in the room.

Lfc v Madrid stay
Booked this hotel last minute for the football , was much cheaper than the other hotels in the city centre , NCP parking opposite which is very handy Very friendly on arrival and let me check in a hour early as the room was ready. Room was spot on , some sky sports channels ( which I was very surprised by ) A speaker fitted in the bathroom which is connected to the tv , which I loved overall a good stay and highly recommended
