Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
We booked two rooms and my sister refused to stay after one night as it was so dirty. Staff where chopping and cooking food from 11pm until 130am. The kitchen was left in a disgusting unusable condition. The fridge was dirty and smelly with out of date food left in it. In the shower was a baked light bulb, and which blew while autistic son was showering and my dad had to come over and replace it. Everytime someone flushed the toilet, it made our room smell like a sespit.
On the Last night two staff where changing a fire hazard light above front door at 11pm whilst chatting loudly. I I was intimidated by this so my dad came over to ask them to be quiet, as my sn was distressed by the drill, but after he left the staff knocked my door and told me if I had a complaint to tell them but my dad had booked and paid for both rooms.
We have never stayed in accommodation like this. The staff accommodation who lived there had her clothes hung around the whole house and would leave her room open and it was like a junk yard and filthy dirty. I know the rooms are cheap but you need to be honest wot advertising. Quirky oasis, but more like dirty oasis
