Staff was incredibly helpful and informative, especially Darin. He went above and beyond for us. So helpful and kind. Hotel is veey close to shopping district and a ron of restaurants and pubs. Will definitely stay there again. Highly recommend. The bar/restaurant Stoke was very good also and staff were very accommodating!

We had a lovely couple of nights at the hotel. Everything from decor to staff was truly exceptional, would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Liverpool.
