First time booking this hotel and surprised me a lot. It was comfortable, clean and tidy. Staff was always so friendly and helpful. I’m just still waiting on my deposit to be refunded but I’ll book again in the future.

I didn’t get one wink of sleep due to the noise coming from in the corridors and on the streets. The police made a visit during the night and there was lots of banging around.

One night, there was a fight between staff and a girl. The hotel has a nightclub, and even with earplugs, the noise is still audible. I had to request my room to be cleaned twice, and my key fob malfunctioned three times. The rooms are painted in dark colors with poor lighting, creating an uninviting atmosphere. To make matters worse, the hotel can be accessed directly through Masons, bypassing reception entirely, which means anyone can have unrestricted access to the rooms.

We got an absoulute bargain price for our stay. The room was decribed as cosy double. When we checked in we were told we was in the basebent so was expecting the worst. The room was perfect, this is now going to be our go to hotel whenever we come to liverpool. FANTASTIC.

Central hotel with excellent service
Great stay in Liverpool, very nice room with good amenities. The reception staff was very helpful and great. Housekeeping was the only slight let down but didn’t really affect us that much.

Worst hotel in the city
Noise in the hotel with people arguing and attacking staff, got offered 2 glasses of warm water for complimentary drinks and ended up leaving at 5 in the morning as didnt feel safe with violent people in room next door.. Not even a phone in the room to call for help. Still waiting for my deposit to be refunded at 4pm the next day. Dont stay there

Great stay
room face on to main street, could hear all the music most of the night, however I was not put of by this. But if your looking a quite night ask for a different room. great location 5 minute walk to Liverpool one for shopping. loads or places to eat drink on bold street, try honest burger , and albert schloss for a great night. the Christmas markets amazing. Would stay here again close to everything. staff very pleasant and helpful.
